After 25 years in the North American Aerospace industry Carol brings to the table solid, pragmatic business skills and understands the driving need to "make the numbers". A specialist in organizational change with a focus on managing the human factor, Carol brings a powerful set of business tools to organizations who understand the only true competitive edge is in people power.

Educated in the U.K., Carol continued honing her hard business skills by acquiring professional designation (FCI) in the field of credit management. After certification in the York University Business Management program, NLP (Nuero Linguistic Programming) Practitioner; Quantum TLC Practitioner; True Colors and Personality Dimensions Facilitators rounded out her skill sets. A graduate of the Langevin Training Manager program Carol is a seasoned facilitator and offers facilitation training programs in the corporate world.

Her expertise in executing whole system process improvements has been successful in streamlining business processes in Financial & Credit Management, After Market Sales management, Project Management, Business Systems, Manufacturing Operations, Organizational Development and Employee Development.
